PlatformRoleAction

A permission (action) a role can grant.

id	string	GUID of the action definition.
name	string	Fully qualified action name (e.g. AUTHZ.ROLE.READ).
namespace	string	Namespace of the owning service.
resourceAction	string	The operation on the resource (e.g. Read, Update).
resourceGroup	string	UI grouping of the action.
resourceType	string	The resource the action applies to.
scopeType	null | PlatformActionScopeType	Level the action applies at; null when unrestricted.
serviceDisplayName	string	Display name of the owning service.
