ProcessStartRefOptions

Options for the ref-based start(processRef, options?) signature. Combines folder scoping (folderId / folderKey / folderPath), response-shape controls (expand, select, filter, orderby) and every BaseProcessStartRequest startInfo field. Identity fields (processKey / processName) do not appear here — they come from the ProcessRef argument.
